The 30-foot Bertram, “KARINA,” operated by Captain Bruce and Mate Raul, had a successful day of fishing at the 1150 Spot. The crew reported raising five Striped Marlin, which anglers, including Elizabeth Stinson, Travis Stinson, and Tyler Stinson, caught and released, making it an exciting and memorable offshore trip. The Striped Marlin were estimated to weigh between 100 and 120 pounds and were taken on a combination of caballito and cocinero.

The “EL CAZADOR” run by Captain Carmelo and Mate Luis, reported a productive trip at the 1150 Spot. Anglers Cesar Palacios and Evan Palacios successfully landed and released two Striped Marlin weighing 100 to 110 pounds and two Dorado weighing 25 to 28 pounds, all caught on ballyhoo.
